Subject: Assistance Needed for Software Transfer

Good morning, everyone,

I am preparing to transfer my old software to a new PC with Windows 11. However, I suspect that my current POP and SMTP configuration files may be corrupt.

I would like to transfer all my files except for the POP and SMTP configurations, as I plan to reconfigure them on the new PC.

Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed with a clean reinstallation?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,
Fame

@k3ssb (aka Fame), I am active in Pegasus Mail support but occasionally check the Mercury category of this forum where I came across your post. I recognize this reply is very late but am wondering if you still need help, and if so, is your inquiry related to Pegasus Mail (that is my impression)? If yes to both, I suggest re-posting it in the Community Discussions and Support forum for Pegasus Mail.
