Please send me a copy of the crashing message (email: irelam@telus.net).   It sounds like it is another of the badly broken html messages. But your message suggests it can happen at any time you try to open a html message?  Do you have Bearhtml.dll installed in your Pegasus Mail executables directory (Eg c:\pmail)  ?  If you do, have you set up a Bearhtml.log in your NewMail directory (c:\pmail\mail) to record problems.?

When email is in HTML format, Pegasus 4.41 on Windows 2000 Pro SP4 eventually crashes. It opens the email with the "Lazy HTML" warning if Pegasus is newly started, but if Pegasus has been up for a while and a new HTML email comes in, it will crash when trying to open it.

Note  that my options are set NOT to display the fancy version where a choice exists. I would rather not open HTML automatically, and would much prefer a text version only if HTML is sent to me, but given that it will open HTML automatically, I would prefer it not to crash. :-)
