Mouse jumping around

Cheers. I like that a lot. It is nice to feel you can ask something/suggest something and the development team listen. It is quite rare in publicly available software.

Hi,

I have noticed some strange behaviour between Pegasus mail (4.41) and having the 'snap to'  option turned on for my mouse pointer. I use the 'snap to' option when working on my laptop as it helps find the option buttons. But when reading an email and moving between the 'Message', 'Attachments' etc tabs the mouse pointer jumps from the tab clicked to 'Digest' button position on the 'Message' tab - or the equivalent position on the other tabs. The tabs function correctly but the mouse jumps to its new position.

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this? It is quite annoying as I have to then re-centre the mouse where I want it. I think that there is a focus point where the mouse is jumping to and clicking the tabs causes it to receive focus.

Is there any chance that this can be changed in a future release? Or can be disabled without diabling 'snap to' for the whole computer?

Thanks

Do you not find it annoying? It must be easy to stop, but I fear it has to be done in the program code and not through a switch.

Indeed, I mentioned it to David Harris, so it might be solved one day...
