With the message open, right click and select "Display Images - html only" or add to the allow remote graphics Distribution list.

What do you mean by "The pictures are not there"   Are there gray boxes where the graphics are expected to be?  If so try keying in Shift + Ctrl + U when looking at the message.

Do you have Remote Graphics option turned on  (menu Tools/Options/Message Reader)
