too long line in HTML body

Without seeing the message as received it is difficult to be certain, but likely the message does not display at all, or badly, because the Pegasus Mail Tidy validator will have expected tags cut off by the truncation and tried (in vain) to fix the stream.

The webserver needs configuring to conform to RFC standards of maximum line length (RFC 821and RFC822) when using a SMTP engine to send mail.

Under PM v4.41 I have received mail in HTML format probably generated by www
engine. There was one line in HTML body too long - over 10000 characters. When
PM download this mail, that critical line was truncated to 8190 characters, so
some information has been lost.

But even thought that too long line was truncated, it has been incorrectly
interpreted until I have edited file .CNM and manually wrapped line to a number
of shorter lines.

That mail I have downloaded by "Selective mail download" and leaved the mail on
the host, so I can downloaded it by another mail client (Mozilla Thunderbird -
TB) for comparison. There was no problem in TB.

So there are two problems with too long line in HTML body:
1. truncation in-process of downloading
2. wrong interpreting after download

Does anybody now if:
- these are bugs or
- this is due PM code limitations or
- I have some bad settings or
- there is no reason be concerned with that dumpy-looking mail :-)

Thanks!
