Dear sir, madam,
I use Pegasus V4.30 beta to send e-mails. I've got Avast antivirus and use Windows XP. I installed a webcam at my machine a few days ago.
I've got now problems in sending e-mails. In the left screen you can see...SMTP:sending message 1 of 1 ...4%
The message I get is:[*] Connection established to (number IP)
>> 0055 220 ESMTP smtp-out1.tiscali.nl. NO UBE/UCE tolerated.
<< 0021 EHLO [192.168.1.33]
>> 0064 250-smtp-out1.tiscali.nl Hello [IP] [IP]
>> 0019 250-SIZE 57671680
>> 0016 250-PIPELINING
>> 0010 250 HELP
<< 0045 MAIL FROM:<s.shwencke@tiscali.nl> SIZE=414
>> 0008 250 OK
<< 0034 RCPT TO:<s.shwencke@tiscali.nl>
>> 0014 250 Accepted
<< 0006 DATA
>> 0056 354 Enter message, ending with "." on a line by itself
8: Socket read timeout.
I did change IP in the file - there is a number mentioned
But I'm sending not an email with attachment....
After this message another one has been sent to mine e-mail:
Delivery has failed on the enclosed message for the following
reasons reported either by the mail delivery system on the mail
relay host or by the local TCP/IP transport module:
*** TCP/IP error while processing job ***
A network error has occurred while WinPMail attempted to send
your message. This error could be caused by many conditions,
including the following:
* The remote host may have gone down.
* Your network may have been broken or gone down.
* You may have a configuration problem in your WINSOCK.DLL.
* If running on a SLIP line, you may have experienced a
timeout (increase the value in WinPMail's Network Config.
Dialog), or the phone line may have gone down or suffered
from excessive line noise.
WinPMail will requeue your message and try again later.

The advanced settings are on demand... so could you please give some instructions for help?
Thanking you in advance,
Sylvia Schencke
