Save local mail messages

Thanks Thomas.

Because our users occassionally 'fiddle' with their settings, the former suggestion would not guarantee each mail would be saved. I'll give the latter a go and see how it works.

Cheers!

Hi

I presently archive all incoming and outgoing mail sent via Mercury by using the 'Always triggers...' rule to copy mail to another user. Is there a simple way to do the same with local mail, i.e. mail passed between individuals within the organisation?

Cheers!

Only through the user of a copy self type filter that always forwards a copy of the message to a specific user.  Personally though I would turn off the local mail delivery  and force all mail through Mercury/32.
