Bearhtml is not working with my copy of Pegasus 4.41 on Windows XP. Some of the keyboard shortcuts don't work and the right-click menu does not display. I think I have all the files installed in the proper folder.

I need more details before I can help. Some questions first:
1. Which version of Bearhtml are you using? (Right click on Windows Explorer line for Bearhtml.dll and look at Version nfo)
2. Are Html messages being displayed with graphics and marked up text?
3. Which keyboard characters are not working. If you key in Shift + F1 you should see the online help displayed, and it lists all the keyboard sequences that it respond to. Which ones don't work for you?
4. The right click option only works when you click on an non-image portion of the display.

The Bearhtml version is 4.5.3.0. Some text is displayed in color, some content is displayed as blocks of color. Shift+F1 does not display help. The following shortcuts do not work:
Shift-F8, Numpad '/' or *, , Ctrl+PageUp or PageDown, Shift+Ctrl P, Shift+Ctrl R.
The right click option doesn't work anywhere in the page.
If Shift + F1 does not display help, then you are not using Bearhtml to view the message. When you first open an html message you should see a phrase "Bearhtml page" appear on the Pegasus Mail status line.
The only way to disable Bearhtml is to remove from, or rename it, in the Pegasus Mail executable directory. It sounds like you are using the default TER editor display engine at present to view Html messages. Please check that Bearhtml.dll is in the Pegasus Mail executables directory (c:\pmail or equiv), ie in the same directory as Winpm-32.exe
