SSL Support in Pegasus for W95.

I assume that the Win95 systems can talk to the WinXP systems at least via TCP/IP.  If this assumption is true install Mercury/32 on the XP system and have the Win95 system point to this host rather than the ISP.  Mercury/32 can receive the the mail either via the queue if networked of via MercuryS.  Mercury/32 can send all the mail via MercuryC using SSL.

Both my GF and I have both WXP and W95 systems. We're both running PM 4.41 on our WXP systems, but 3.12c on our older systems. For a long time we've been using email to move files between the W95 systems and the WXP systems. Now our ISP (AT&T Yahoo) is forcing us to change email servers, change POP and SMTP port numbers, and use SSL. We're now no longer able to access AT&T's mail server from our W95 systems. Since the Pegasus "Overviews" page states that in V4 (32 bit) "[Windows 95 is NOT supported]", we've been reluctant to "upgrade" the older systems. Problem is we don't seem to be able to find whether V3 has a facility for SSL connects. Can anyone help?
