is there a way to prevent any messages marked as spam from reaching a particular account?

ie/ we have spamhalter going and it works really well. so well that my client is requesting that NO messages marked as spam should make it into his account. so without tinkering with the rest of the accounts on the system, can we do something that will kill the message if it is destined for his account and is marked as spam?
