Check that the files have not be set 'read only' during your backup & restore process.

I just reloaded 4.6 because I had to reload Windows, I had a backup of my entire PMAIL folder and it loaded perfectly, but I cannot us ethe COPY or MOVE buttons to move an email from the new folder to one of my other folder, when I click the MOVE button the screen freezes until I hit the escape key then it is back on the mail window, I can drag and drop no problem...any help would be great!!!
