At present, pressing Ctrl_1 moves a message to a folder called HH new. I no longer wish to have a control key do this. How do I undefine quick copy/moves?
Is it safe to change the first Quick folder definition in pmail.ini to nothing?

I don't have a copy of 4.21 handy, but it should work like this - go to the quick actions definitions (Messages/Quick/Define) and set the action to 'filter' and click OK, without setting a filter ruleset. This quick action should now show as undefined.

Maybe, but make sure you take a good backup first in case it isn't. :)
