"Is Urgent" Message properties get lost when moving new mail to folder

Yes.  The urgent flag is to bring something to your attention.  Since you saw and did "something" to the message it's not all that urgent anymore.

Lets say I have a new mail message which has the "Is Urgent" message property checked. If I now drag this message into a different folder, it loses this checked property (i.e. "Is Urgent" is now unchecked).

Is this expected behaviour?
