Got a situation and I was wondering if anyone else has anything similar and how did you solve it?
I have 2 users who get their e-mail forwarded to their Blackberry in addition to receiving it with Outlook. I use Mercury's forwarding feature for this. Everything that goes to their mailbox gets forwarded to their Blackberry
Sometimes they will get an e-mail that is too large and the Blackberry rejects it... sending it back to their regular Mercury account, because Mercury's forwarding uses that e-Mail address as the sender. When it arrives at the server, it goes to their regular mail account... and gets forwarded to the Blackberry again... and so on ad nauseum...
See where I'm going here? Doesn't take long to fill up mailboxes that way.
How do others of you handle this?
