Changing mail server - how do I remove references to the old server ??

I'm running Pmail 4.41 in network mode on several PCs with the mail folders hosted on a central server. The server has been changed (hardware failure) and the pegasus mail directory restored to a new server. Pmail works but I'm seeing lengthy delays at the splash screen 'Preparing mail gateways and transport' as Pmail appears to be trying to access the old server before picking up on the new one. All mailbox locations are set to <default> and I cannot find anywhere I can change the server name within Pmail. Examing the mail files on the server there are numerous references to the old server name present. Any help with this would be very much appreciated as I'm not particularly knowledgeable on networking issues ?

Thanks

Paul

The program pconfig.exe is used to set the initial HOME and NEW mail directory spec and then this directory spec is added into the pmail.ini file on closing.  If you were using the UNC type paths the server name would in fact be there.
