As far as I know, solution 1 should work ( s2 will definitely work but will be slower). Try it wih a COPY of the files so if it doesn't work, no loss. [:)]
I would then test via IMAP.
You can use pconfig.exe to point Pegasus at the mailbox on Mercury so you can access it in 'file mode' or by POP/IMAP via Mercury.
note: I use Mercury a lot more than Pegasus so someone else (Thomas [:D]) could give you more tips on integrating them.
Search the forum for 'pconfig.exe' for threads with relevant instructions for moving mailboxes. Looks pretty easy but I haven't done it myself. [:)]
EDIT: Just reread your post and spotted that you have Peg on the server already, just make sure you have the same username set up on the server first then copy the files and it should just work.
