Did you select WinPMail as the default mailer in Control Panel | Internet Options | Programs?  What OS are you using?  Vista?  If so maybe Vista does not let the program replace the MS Simple MAPI files.  On the other hand maybe MYOB does not use Simple MAPI any more.

Has anybody configured Pegasus and MYOB to work together??. Trying to get both working but unfortunately MYOB only wants to work with Outlook

MAPI compliant email program is suitable for taking advantage of MYOB's

email function.  MAPI (Messaging Application Programming Interface) is

a Windows program protocol that allows you to send an email from within

a Windows application, such as MYOB.

Some

MAPI compliant email programs include: Microsoft Outlook (97 and

later), Netscape Messenger (Version 4 and later), Outlook & Outlook

Express (Version 4 and later), Qualcomm's Eudora (all versions) and

Pegasus Mail (Version 3 and later).

If your email program isn't listed here, then contact the program vendor to confirm that it is MAPI compliant.

Pegasus Mail does Simple MAPI when you run the program wpmmapi.exe in the program directory to replace the Windows MAPI files with the WinPMail MAPI files.

Hi read that many times, and configured wpmmapi.exe many times, and also set Pegasus as default mail in set-up as well, unfortunately it never works.

However if I configure Outlook as default mailer, I can use MYOB with no problems...............
