Oh no I got it wrong i was using http://www.canyouseeme.org/ port test it said timeout but It doesn't necessairly mean I'm getting blocked on neither ports. Gonna do some experimenting later right now my school math test comes first.

So I've installed Xampp with Mercury/32 e-mail system.

I've tried some diffrent guides but to no luck. They seem a bit to old for mine aswell.

There's a lot to configure, but lets start with how to configure Mercury to sending emails to other e-mail systems.

So I've got Xampp installed.

Apache is running perfect

Mysql is running perfect

Php is running perfect

I've portforwarded port 80, 25, 110.

My webpage name is http://81.216.201.165/

What else do I need to configure in Mercury just so I can send emails?

With a fixed IP address and a valid domain name then you can use MercuryE to send the mail.  You need to turn it on via Configuration | Protocols, reboot Mercury/32 to enable it, and then configure MercuryE via Configuration | MercuryE.  Make sure you enter the IP address of at least one valid domain name server in the MercuryE setup.

 FWIW, the IP address you provided does not respond on port 80.

Oh and I found out that my ISP is blocking port 25 & 110 to prevent spam.

And yeah my webbpage is on my laptop so its offline most of the time I just wanted u to know that my webbpage works.

This is your name server and you would put that IP address in the MercuryE setup to bypass the Windows DNS stuff that's shaky at best.

Ok, the port 25 blocking says you need to use MercuryC instead of MercuryE so that you can use the ISPs SMTP host for sending.  Are you sure he's blocking port 110?  That means that you cannot use any POP3 mail host but theirs and I've never seen an ISP do that. They may restrict port 110 access to their hosts to their connections only but blocking outbound port 110???
