<P>Ji!</P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P> <P>I have been experimenting some problems when I sent attachments in the emails. Sometimes the people who receives the email is not able to reed the attachment. The file is there, but it seems the email has lost some information about it. </P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P> <P>Some time when I sent emails to multiple address some of the people can read the attach without problems and other can't. And the people with problems seems be always the same.</P> <P>I have experimented the problem sending the emails to myself. Some times I'm not able to extract the data from the emais I wrote!</P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P> <P>If I work with the email saving and renaming the file usually I recover it, but for the standard user this is too complex and I finally resend the email from a Yahoo! account. </P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P> <P>I'm using the 4.41 version.</P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P> <P>Has someone experimented a similar probles?. Try the following format options: 1.  Tools | Options | Sending mail, uncheck "Send attachments as     separate messages" and "Enable text file autodetection when     sending attachments". Check "Don't add 'attachment     information' sections to Multipart messages", and "Generate     multipart/alternative versions of richtext messages"   2.  Tools | Options | Messages and replies check "Use MIME     features" 3.  Tools | Options | Message formatting uncheck everything under     "Formatting and use of styling in messages" This should work for all MIME mail clients receiving the mail however there are probably still a number of people using odd webmail and real old mailers that could have problems with the attachments, > > I will appreciate any help about this. > > Best regards > >   > > Angel
