Is SpamHalter supposed to work like this?

I sort of agree with that, but I feel I should point out that it's not SpamHalter that's writing the console message, it's Mercury core. And Mercury core is only aware that a job in the queue was deleted by a daemon, it doesn't know the reason.

I have set up local users Spam and NoSpam and configured SpamHalter to use them.

Whenever I forward  a message to one of those mailboxes, I see in the Core Process window "Job killed by Daemon"

Is this the way it is supposed to work?

If I turn off SpamHalter them the mail file ends up in the appropriate folder and when I restart SpamHalter the file dissapears in due course.

I cannot find any log or session log that tells me what is going on.

Yes, mail sent to the correction addresses is deleted after it is processed.

The log location can be set in either the spamhalter.ini or config menu. It also takes the  ~Y ~M ~D ~W filename substitutions as per mercury logs.

Thank you.  A more meaningful message micght have been more appropriate - a Daemon killed a Job sounds rather drastic for a mundane task. [:)]
