Hi,
I'm running a Mercury v4.62 upgraded from 4.52 and having trouble with the IMAP server. My Thunderbird client is live no issues connecting, but some folders are showing up gray in the list. These folders are disabled, and I'm not sure if I've lost the mail that they contained or if it's still active in memory somewhere.
Please let me know if this is an issue that is known or has been seen before! I checked in the list of subscriptions and some of the folders have been created again with new or similar names, but the mail in the old folders is not accessible anymore. I have looked for an option to reindex folders or change subscriptions or anything else, but to no avail. These folders appear as a ghost folder.
Behavior is slightly different in Pegasus Mail client. The gray folders simply don't show up in the list at all. I am not sure how to edit subscriptions here.
How can this happen?
Thanks,
Kingdon Barrett
