I hope someone can help me!
I recently lost my folder/tray
hierarchy. Everything had been working normally, when suddenly all
trays/folders ended up under the Root.
I've tried re-creating the
structure but every time I move a folder, it looks like it's been moved
but then when I restart Pegasus, it's back under the root again.
Looking
at the hierarch.pm file, I can see that the new container Tray is
getting created, but the "parent" of the folder I'm trying to move does
not get updated.
If I manually edit the hierarch.pm file, I can create the structure I need, but it's a very laborious process.
I've tried deleting the .pm so that a new one is created, so I know I'm starting with a clean copy.
Any ideas please?
Thanks,
Steve
