No Response from Web tools for Mercury/32

When a user logs in the program will count the number of messages in the Inbox and add up the size. If there are a lot of messages this could, depending on the speed and load of the server, take some time, but that should anyhow not be a very long time.

There is a slightly newer version of the program available here in case that could help.

(If you double-click the log listbox to the right the contents will be copied to a file in the same directory as the program.)

Hey Rolf --

Was wondering if you could help with this one. i have no trouble connecting with most of the users of the system through Web Tools, but there is 1 user who gets a blank response when he logs in.

Nothing is displayed, nothing is returned to the browser at all. i have confirmed this through a variety of different methods, so i can confirm that no bytes are returned after logging in.

I looked for a HTTPserver log file, but couldn't find one. in the log window it shows the connection, but nothing else.

I will note that this user has a lot of mail in his account (~22,000 messages) but that really shouldn't affect web tools, right?

Any guidance here would be most helpful. thanks.
