I have been running v. 3.21c for several years and backing up the entire directory to another server regularly. As the volume of mail as increased, I have noticed a bunch of files that begin with "TCP" followed by a number, then .mc have been increasing to the point where my backups are now in the 7 GB range. I looked at one of the files in Notepad and found it to be a large spam (lots of HTML tags, etc.), so I assume there are all either rejected messages or copies of messages that have gone through to users.
If I had to restore Mercury 32 from a backup, would I need these .MC files?
