Copy and Move actions in filters are for local users only. For external users you need to use Forward.

Thank's for the answer. I have done a filtering rule set (Always triggers) with "copy message to another user", but i always get an error message copy/move bad user. I don't want to copy the mails to a local user but also to another external mail account.
