I'm in the UK so no AT&T. Also I don't use Yahoo Mail. However, I do see references to NEW Yahoo Mail and CLASSIC Yahoo Mail. I don't know the difference but perhaps your new account is under the new regime which has different servers or access policy? Just a thought seeing as nobody else has replied.

I have been using Pegasus for a number of years and in that time I have had occasion to set up 6 or more e-mail mail boxes.  I say that to only indicate that I am more than reasonably familiar with the "how toos"

Recently I wanted to set up a new mail box within an existing Pegasus program and on a new laptop without any other Pegasus mailbox..  I did all the things one normally does but when I go to get my mail in this new mail box on both computers I get a message that reads "The host claims that either the username or password you have supplied is invalid."

My server is Yahoo.  The e-mail adress I am attempting to establish ends "@sbcglobal.net"  I am able to access the mailbox on YAHOO.COM without any problem yet from Pegasus I get the error message that sbcglobal.yahoo.com will not recognize the username and password.

On the ATT page for POP3 and SMTP settings, they say that we are NOW to use pop.att.yahoo.com.  That does not work either.  I am presently using pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com on existing mailboxes without any problems.

When I attempt to send I get this -- Delivery has failed on the enclosed message for the following reasons reported either by the mail delivery system on the mail relay host or by the local TCP/IP transport module:

334 535 authorization failed (#5.7.0)

Any suggestions as to how to get  this new mailbox established??????
