Is this, by any chance, one of those "mysterious" empty messages that, on locating the corresponding files, appear to occupy zero bytes of disk space? If it is, you can find the answer here. If it isn't, what do you see if you go to File | Review queued mail?

 I'm having a difficult time deleting a queued e-mail every time I log out. I have searched past forums and haven't had any luck

doing what it said or missing a step or something. If someone could point me in the write direction I would appreciate it.
