I have a couple of questions

#1) I have a very large folder of emails on a particular subject which I want to save for future reference

but yet want to clear out to make room for other storage.I'd like to transfer to a zip disk due to length and

attachments. I have gone through the process under the Folder/Save messages/location but its a no go

as "garble" comes up like ZVZVXVSVXVVXV.Something I'm not doing right?

#2  When I want to forward a message and I remove certain information and then it's placed in queued.

I cannot  bring back for review or additions.

#3 Finally am I able to change another persons font to a more readable view?

1. Open Pegasus Mail and right-click the folder you wish to archive. Choose Folder Information and make a note of the FOL0xxxx.pmm name. Next, close Pegasus Mail and navigate to the folder containing your mail folders. Sort the list by name and select both the FOL0xxxx pmm and .pmi files. The pmm is the mail folder and the pmi is the index. Archive these. If you need to restore them, make sure you copy both files back to the original location.

2. I think that once you have sent your mail that's it. However, if it is still queued, click File>Review queued mail

3. HTML mail is displayed as intended when using the 'fancy view'. You can click the view button in the reader to switch to a plain view, which turns formatting off.

Hopefully, someone can give more information.
