I don't know for certain about the i7 processor, but I am running Pegasus v 4.51 under Vista 64. It runs fine for me with only one problem (about which I was actually coming here to search when I saw your post). I'll mention it her, but it may already be answered elsewhere. If not, I'll post it as a separate inquiry...
When I click on a link to a website from within Pegasus mail, the link operates fine. But when I close Pegasus, it generates an error saying "This program requires flash.ocx, which is no longer included in this version of Windows." There isn't a 64-bit version of Flash yet, so even installing the 32 bit version didn't seem to help. The error doesn't seem to actually cause any problems - it's just confusing, especially if there's an extended delay between when you use the browser and when you close Pegasus.
