When I want to forward a message and I remove certain information and then it's placed in queued.

I cannot  bring back for review or additions....someway to do so?

Also I receive mail from a friend who uses a different font and which he is comfortable with but is different than all other messages received

Sounds crazy but is there any way I can bring his messages in line with all others received?it shows up in  whom I able to change another persons font to a more readable v

You should be able to open, edit or delete queued but unsent messages by selecting File > Review Queued Mail...

It is unclear from your message whether you have tried this but cannot find your message or whether you were simply unaware of this option.

If you see someone's messages in a different font to all other messages, they are sending you HTML mail. If you set Pegasus to display all received messages as plain text, you will always get the font you want (assuming that your friend's mail client is creating multipart messages). In the Message Reader section of the Pegasus options, UNCHECK the "Where a choice of format exists, display the fancy version".
