I know to run pconfig from the past to change the directories, but I cannot seem to do this in Windows 7 64 bit!?
The 64 bit version of Windows does not support 16 bit software. You might get a copy of DOSBox http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1 and run this on the system. DOSBox will allow you to run, mount and install the c: drive in a DOS emulator and thus allow you to run pconfig.exe.
