[/quote] OK,,, thanks for all the help... I was still having probs and I finnaly found the "generate test messages" option under file and it created a FF Error... I must of messed the last install so I reverted back to a previous install and all is fin with MercC...

I have a xampp setup on WinXp and originally Mercury/32 4.61. I ugraded to V4.72 eveything works fine but Mercuryc does not create log files neither session logs or logs...

i know Windows does not care about upper and lower case in files but could that be the problem???

 and so is H:\apache2\MERCURY\SESSIONS\MERCURYC...

 I reinstalled 3 times with the same results,,, 

Also Mercury SMTP Client Relay Version window shows nothing in it when I send a mail through...

That would imply that MercC is not processing anything.

Check that you are actually sending via Mercury.

Also check your Local Domains setup.

Does the Core  Process show any activity?

Check that you are actually sending via Mercury.

Also check your Local Domains setup.

Does the Core  Process show any activity?

[/quote]Core process is only showing incoming mail,,, I suspect Eudora is behind this now,,, I did upgrade that as well... I want MercC to handle outgoing with logs so I will investigate further and be back with conclusion or need for more help... Thank you!!!

OK,,, I relay through my ISP... Eudora sends mail to my ISP... I have a config that I can change the outgoing SMTP server...

 

Does anyone Know how to get eudora to use MercC??? instead of relaying it right off to my ISP... it does not recognize smtp.my domain...
