Trouble with Pegasus email settings

I am having trouble with Pegasus’ email settings but have found no help for this problem in The Pegasus Mail Online Knowledgebase, so I am asking for help from the Mail Community.

Here is a screen shot of the settings that work in Outlook 2003:

The Outlook email is hosted at http://HostGator.com. Here is what they give as setup specifications:

I have used the same password for attempting to set up Pegasus that was used in setting up the HostGator email account. Here is the Pegasus error message:

I have also tried using alva+thefrequenttravelersclub.com as Hostname. Pegasus does not like that either.
