"Evaluation Expired"
With Pegasus Mail shut down, rename the Freeimage.dll to Freeimage.dlx   then restart Pegasus mail. hopefully that will solve it ????
I wouldn't exactly regard this as a solution ... and FreeImage doesn't have an evaluation period so I doubt this is causing the issue. maybe trying to replace it with the most current version from its homepage will reveal whether it does or not.

This morning (28 Jan 2010) when I opened my email, every message I preview I get a little window with a header that reads:

Evaluation Messsage

Evaluation Expired!

This seems to be tied to freeimage.dll? but beyond that I don't know how to diagnose further.

Click on "OK" and the message goes away, only to return on the next message preview. Any thoughts on how to make this stop?

Pegasus  4.51 (Win32)
