Pegasus Mail does not start

I found a .cnm file that was causing the problem. Deleted it and all is working again.

I do not know what happened but Pegasus will not now open. I have version 4.52. and am running XP. I get a "Mailbox is locked" error message and if I continue a "Send error report" to Microsoft request. If I click yes or no Pegasus disappears.Any help will be much appreciated.
