Hi,
I work in a trading company and have been using Pmail for some time now. I have some friends in trading companies and some of them have switched to Pmail too. We were talking about how to improve the program and we came up with an idea.
We think filtering is a good tool, but we don't use it because we work by projects. Most trading companies work like that. For instance, a client place order or a product, we assign a number to this product. Let's say this project is number 2221. We create a folder named (number)+(client code)+(product name). For instance, folder 2221 - CFS (filters)
So, all the emails related to this product go to this folder.
For instance, when reading an email, I need to decide if it stays in the inbox folder, or if I move it to 2221 folder. So it would be nice to be able to set up a filter that says that when I am reading an email, if I press CTRL+F (or some hotkey), if the email header contains 2221 it is moved to the folder 2221.
Most companies that deal with many different projects (like trading companies, architecture, ..... you name it) work with some project coding system, we think this filtering would be very useful
We hope it helps !
