This has nothing to do with data protection, this has everything to do with the setup of your system though.

Thomas, if i undrstand you well, i need put this line

HELPPC: helppc
HELPPC: helppc.org
HELPPC:  [87.235.215.29] ;

if you have a fixed IP address.

in Domains, it'strue?

Yes and probably it should really be

HELPPC: helppc
HELPPC: helppc.org
HELPPC: helppc.com
HELPPC: [87.235.215.29]

Since you also have the domains helppc.com and mail.helppc.com pointing to this same IP address.

This is not the problem since this is a relay error. The relay errors come about not from delivering to an account but sending mail to a domain not listed as a local domain.

Hi.

This is the qmail-send program at lnldap3.comunired.com.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your

message to the following addresses.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry

it didn't work out.

<XXXX@XXX.com>:

YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY does not like recipient.

Remote host said: 553 We do not relay without

RFC2554 authentication.

This error is saying the RCPT TO: address used by the sending server is not local. If the MercuryS session log shows that they are in fact sending to a local domain check the domains list in Configuration | Mercury core to verify you have properly set the domains. Provide us with a copy of the mercury.ini file if you are not sure. BTW, real data is much preferred since we are only guessing when your munge the data. Makes it MUCH harder to help.

As Thomas said above, if you edit out the real entries, nobody can give you a definitive answer to your problem.

I notice that you have a .com in MercuryS but not in Domains.

Did you read the help page for Core configuration / Local domains? This part especially:

When entering domains into this section, you should usually provide three entries per local Internet domain - a fully-qualified version, a simple version, and a special entry called a domain literal version, which is the IP number of your system enclosed in square brackets. For example, if your system's Internet name was calliope.pmail.gen.nz (192.156.225.76), you might create these domains definitions:

    calliope calliope
    calliope calliope.pmail.gen.nz
    calliope [192.156.225.76]

Furthermore, as Sharkfin already pointed out, the domains entry is for a .org domain, whereas the refused message had a .com RCPT address.

Why are you making this so hard to help you by changing the critical data? It's not secret, it's in every message you send.

I'm guessing your domain name is helppc.org, the [Domains] section of your mercury.ini should look something like

[Domains]
;server: domain
HELPPC: helppc
HELPPC: helppc.org
HELPPC: [87.235.215.29] ; if you have a fixed IP address.

Every domain that you accept mail for should be in the listing, i.e. If you accept mail for helppc.com then that domain should be listed as well.

Edit:

Answer Section:
    helppc.org, A, 87.235.215.29
    helppc.org, MX, 10, mail.helppc.org

Answer Section:
    29.215.235.87.IN-ADDR.ARPA, PTR, mail.helppc.com

Why are you making this so hard to help you by changing the critical data? It's not secret, it's in every message you send.

I'm guessing your domain name is helppc.org, the [Domains] section of your mercury.ini should look something like
[Domains] ;server: domain HELPPC: helppc HELPPC: helppc.org HELPPC: [87.235.215.29] ; if you have a fixed IP address.
Every domain that you accept mail for should be in the listing, i.e. If you accept mail for helppc.com then that domain should be listed as well.

Edit:

Answer Section: helppc.org, A, 87.235.215.29 helppc.org, MX, 10, mail.helppc.org

Answer Section: 29.215.235.87.IN-ADDR.ARPA, PTR, mail.helppc.com

The problem is you have MX records for helppc.com pointing to mail.helppc.com which resolves to your server, but you do not have helppc.com listed as a local domain, so your server is refusing to accept mail for helppc.com.
