I have a friend who upgraded his machine to Win 7 Ultimate and the copied the folders to the D drive.  When he reinstalled pmail and tried to copy folders back to the pmail directory they are not there.  What did he do wrong?  TIA

What was the D drive and where was it located? How was the PMail files copied or moved back and to where? Did anyone check to make sure all files were not marked "read only" after move back and that now user has proper rights in the current location to those files? Is the install to exact same location as before and all paths the same as before? It is unlikely things, settings, or locations are the same as before or now if both systems were not Win7 systems.
