Yes, it is. Instead of opening the attachment, you should select the attachment under the Attachments tab and click the Save&Edit button (or the Save button if you just want to save the attached file).

when I open a attachment from a recieved mail the filename change in something like WPM$1234.doc.
Is it possible to keep the same filename when opening a attachment ?
