public place for public mailinglists with local pegasus

Hi Steffan,

thank you. Additionally I've found by reading the Pegasus-Help (Thanks David [:)]) that an environmet variable must or can be used to define the common "pml-directory".

PML="Path\dir\dir\..."

So it is not necessary to use the method with public folders.

Hi,

I have a local installed pegasus (c:\pmail). The user-mailboxes reside in the network.

So far everything works fine.

Is it possible to define one folder somewhere in the net to contain all the public mailinglists?

No Problem, if pegasus itself is installed in a network directory.

Any suggestions?

Regards, Knab.

You can create a public folder for this. Go to Tools | Public folders and the rest is pretty much self-explanatory.

Cheers!
Steffan
