I don't know whether this serves your purpose but you can queue your messages before sending them. Go to Tools | Internet options | Sending (SMTP) and make sure that the option of Sending mail immediately without placing in queue is not ticked.

Hi there,

I was a long time user of Eudora before changing to Pegasus and one feature I found very useful, I was able to forward time and date outgoing mail instead of sending immediately. Is this possible with Pegasus please.

It is only possible if you use Mercury as your mail server, I believe. Even then, it's not as simple as completing a box with the date and time that you want to send the message. I remember having to write a template that asked for a future date and time.
