Newbie problem. Love Pegasus Mail but it seems to be a window within a window. I want to minimize it down to the task bar but the main window ( and mail) closes on me, can I do this ?

I bet that what is actually happening is that the program is "minimised to the system tray". That is, instead of having a button on the task bar as normal, to save space it is hidden in the Pegasus horse icon near your clock. Double-clicking the horse will bring it back.

You can change the settings that affect this by going to Tools > Options > Reporting/Logging and unchecking the box marked "Hide the Pegasus Mail taskbar entry when minimized".
