OK, I found it:  C:\Program Files\Pmail\MAIL\ADMIN  I pasted my old CNM

files there and they appeared in my inbox.  So, my best strategy is to

empty my inbox before I do my BackUp; otherwise I risk loosing some

mail.  Is there any reason I might want to include Admin in my BackUp?

Probably it's best to close the program (actually all programs)  before doing a backup.  You really need to include the ADMIN directory in your backups as well so that you have a copy of all your mail.

I've used Pegasus for several years.  Recently I upgraded to v4.52  I use a separate directory for my Pmail files.  I am able to see all my address books, folders and filed mail in PM.  I cannot yet see my old new mail.  I had some new mail left before I upgraded.  I opened Pegasus and took the CNM files and put them in my Pmail directory.  I can't see the emails in my new mail folder.  I tried to find CNM files for emails in my mail directory that I've received since upgrading;  I can't find any.
    How can I migrate my CNM files so I can see my old new mail in my new new mail folder?  Has Pegasus changed the way it stores new mail?  Thanks.

What Windows version?

CNM files should be stored in the folder set as your new mail directory. You can check this setting by clicking Help > About Pegasus Mail... > Info...

Under normal circumstances this will be the same folder as your home mailbox, though it can be different, which might be your problem.
