OK looks like all it did was turn off the folders.

Now I still have to make a backup of EVERYTHING before I install the ew 4.52 version.

Can anyone tell me if it is OK to just make a copy of C:\PMAIL\

and use that as my back up.

SHould I install 4.52 ove rthe top of 4.41 or delete it compoletely off my system first?

I will keep trying to find this in the FAQs and discussions,. but I haven't seen a workable

answer so far.

Hi - I am running Pegasus 4.41 which I imported into my new OS from my old Vista OS.

I now have WIN 7 Professional.

I wanted to uprgrade to 4.52 and followed some directions on here for backing up my mail and data,

but as oon as I clicked something, ALL of it disappeared without asking me for a destination./

Now I have no Folders, no Mail, no nothing.

I can;t find the web page I was on that told you how to back up your dat and now it;s all gone.

The instructions weren't really right for my version oanyway., It was for moving from one computer

to another, but now I am in a mess.

 Can anyone help me? It took so long to get registered to use this forum that I lost track of what was going on.

OK - it began with TOOLS, OPTIONS, Mailbox location. As soon as I told it to move the mailbox, it never asked me where and

the only option was <DEFAULT>

That was not where the article SAID "Mailbox Location" would be - they had said it was under Help, About.

There was nothing about tools or mailbox locations there.  Any hints or solutions will be deeply appreciated!
