What error message are you getting?  Have you got a session log that shows where it fails?

<p>Using the default identity, I can sometimes retrieve the messages.  With other indentities, Pegasus cycles through all identies, but usually does not succeed in downloading messages.  No problem with outgoing messages.. I tried changing passwords and setting up new accounts to avail.  </p><p>Time-Warner cable, windows XP, Pegasus 4.51 and 4.52.</p><p>The problem began after the cable modem was replaced, but I have no problem retrieving messages using thunderbird, or from the TW website with the new modem.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
