Is using IMAP instead of POP an option? With IMAP, you can have Pegasus open all three servers at he same time and see all three inboxes. You just create IMAP profiles for each server and configure them all to connect at startup.

I used to use Pegasus Mail when I had just one email address on one
POP server and liked the program.
When, however, I started using more than one address/POP server I
could not get PMail to accommodate this.
At present I have 3 email addresses
name1@server1
name2@server2
name3@server1

and use Mailwasher and Thunderbird set up for these 3 addresses. TBird
automatically downloads mail for all 3 addresses when told to get
mail. The inboxes etc for all three addresses are visible in a 'tree' on the
TBird window.

Can PMail now be set up in this way ?

Also does Pegasus work using WINE under Linux ?

Just set up one identity per email account and configure the IDs' Internet options for whatever kind of download sequence(s) you want (selected ones or all at once, e.g.).
