When my pegasus program works properly, I have the bars at the top and bottom of my page.  On top are the icons underneath the menu bar.  At the bottom is a bar telling me which folders and mail is open and under that a bar telling how many queued messages there are and how many are in the in box, etc.  For some reason, the bar telling me what files and folders are opened has disappeared.  Anybody know what I need to do to get it back?

Click the little blue triangle that is pointing upwards on the far right of the bottom bar, just above the system clock.
