Did you check your pmail.usr file and make sure your pmail logon name is listed? You can open it using notepad or other text editor.

<P>Add Jane to the pmail.usr file using the same syntax that is used for Admin.</P> <P>pmail.usr lists the users on the system. Usually, an upgrade picks up the existing usr file.</P> <P mce_keep="true"> </P>
