Your question is too general for any specific answer. What type of server are you going to download mail from. Are you planning to do pop3 or IMAP4? A network server at work, school?
Install to c:\pmail location, the default. The installer will ask you some questions, V4.52 is multiple user by default and ADMIN user is created by default. You can add one or several usernmaes or after you getr admin user up and running. The HELP is very extensive and at first F1 key may be your best friend. Then come back here with more specific questions if necessary. The community also has FAQ and WIKI sections too.
