Error message on HTML data

Move it to you new mail folder, right click the message to select Message properties, note the filename shown in the respective field at the top, then close the dialog and go to the Help => About Pegasus Mail => Info screen to figure out the new mailbox location which is where you can locate the file via Windows Explorer to zip it up and send as an attachment.

BTW: "Bouncing" would probably work as well, but then we're very likely to delete it right away as a possible spam message, I'm afraid ... Does forward as attachment work?

Thank you for the 4.61 version of Pegasus Mail. I have used it for a number of days successfully. Today, when replying to a message, an error message popped up: "Ran out of Group Table for HTML data (Get HTMLWord)".  The message cannot be closed and when forced, PM crashed. Why did this message pop up and what can I do?

You can't do anything about it and we don't know what causes it because it's an error occurring in the third party software TER/HTS used as editor and attachment viewer in Pegasus Mail. David Harris is currently integrating its most recent version, so there might be a chance it can be fixed in an upcoming version, but it might be helpful to have a copy of your messages for testing, please forward it to beta-reports[at]pmail.gen.nz.
